The morning brought a westerly wind– that came and went a bit over the course of the 10 races – luckily only dying away completely after the last race had been completed. The course was variations on a theme of A/D (A/B),3,2,Ap (7),3,2,As (7p), blues finish. It gave a good opportunity to try offshore on or inshore routes – no real noticeable bias – which was good. 5 different winners of races, and some close packed finishing lines, which is also good. Good too that we may have a new RM (possible IOM as well) skipper Alan who spent the morning with us.
